J.J. Michael is a lifelong student and teacher of Metaphysics and healing principles. She is the founder of Pathtotruth.com and publisher of Path2truth.com, an ezine that promotes spiritual awareness, self-development and world peace. Ms. Michael is the author of Path to Truth: a Spiritual Guide to Higher Consciousness, iUniverse.com, 2000, a non-fiction book that brings together a wide variety of metaphysical and spiritual principles.

Her first novel, Life is Never as It Seems, published by Genesis Press Inc., will guide you through the complexities and the controversies of spirituality and religion, women’s rights, and love relationships, all seen through the life of Lindy Lee, a young women coming of age in the late sixties. It’s Not Over Yet, the highly anticpated sequel to Life is Never as It Seems, will be released in July. Ms. Michael is currently working on Sacred Light, the continual story of her spiritual journey.

 Ms. Michael has appeared on the local Virginia Cable Television and has been featured on National Public Radio (NPR). A renowned numerologist, Ms. Michael appeared in CNN’s segment, “A Wrinkle in Time.” Her formal education includes a BA from Howard University and a MLS from theUniversity of Maryland. She is also active in her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta, the Washington, DC, graduate chapter.

For over thirty years, Ms. Michael worked as an administrative librarian for the District of Columbia Public Library System. She loves to spend time with her family, traveling to sacred sites, and collecting crystals, tarot cards, and angels.
